Working with Presidential Construction for our new roof and soffits was great!
I noticed one day that I had hail damage on the fascia.
Contacted Presidential, Austin Metzger helped me find what storm did the damage. He then wrote up an extensive report with pictures from his drone. I let the my insurance company know, they sent out an appraiser and Austin met with him.
They authorized the full roof replacement and some of the fascia/soffits.
Austin helped us pick out the shingle color and got us on the schedule.
The roofers came out, did a fantastic job and were very professional. Cleaned up all the nails, could barely tell they had been there.
Soffit guys came out a few weeks later, they also did really good work!
Highly recommend working with the guys at Presidential!

Where do I begin? What an amazing company and an even more amazing contractor in Bo Schmitz!!! Our Association's 2 triplexes were hit with a huge hail storm (ranging in size from golf ball to tennis ball) in April 2026 and both needed new roofs, one triplex needed 3 sides of new siding, and other one needed one full side replaced and partial replacement on another side. All the gutters and downspouts also needed to be replaced on both units. Bo immediately took the "bull by the horn" and saved me so much stress as he took care of all the necessary paperwork and kept in touch with our insurance claim adjuster the entire time. He was also in constant contact with me via email, text and/or phone calls. He is just simply the BEST!! Your company is very lucky to have him as your employee. Our triplexes look AMAZING and any crew that was here doing the work were all phenomenal!! Whether it was the roofing crew, siding crew, gutter/down spout crew and/or garage door crew. If I could give your company/Bo Schmitz more than 5 stars I would do it! Thanks again, Presidentail Construction and especially BO SCHMITZ!! So glad his aunt lives in the same town and recommended him on Facebook the day after our storm here. I highly recommend Presidential Construction and Bo Schmitz!!!

We found Presidential Construction after hail damaged our roof. Several companies inspected it and provided estimates, but Presidential stood out for their responsiveness and knowledge of the insurance process. When our insurer initially denied the claim, they worked hard to get it approved and kept us informed along the way. Thanks, Bo!

Our roof is complex, but they sent two crews and completed the work in one day. The new roof looks great, and they did a thorough cleanup.

A couple of months later, we hired Presidential to replace our original Hardie board siding with LP SmartSide, something we’d wanted to do for years. They worked with us on a design we’re very happy with, and the finished siding looks fantastic. The crew took pride in their work and didn’t cut corners. People from throughout the company, including the owner, Randy, stopped by regularly during the project. George made sure everything was going smoothly.

Bo was our primary contact and was outstanding, looking out for us on both projects. Josh, who teamed up with Bo, was also great. They kept us informed and were quick to respond to our questions and concerns. The few items on the final siding punch list were taken care of promptly and to our satisfaction.

We’re very happy with both projects and would gladly work with Presidential Construction again.

Roof Replacement
We had a great experience with Alex and his crew. Alex was very responsive and timely attending to any details or concerns we had. He had thorough knowledge of materials and the process. His crew was professional, took care to not disturb our landscaping, returned everything they had to move back in place and picked up our whole yard afterwards. Nice photos were taken during the whole process. We were so happy with worked with Alex and this company. Great work!

Roof Replacement
I cannot say enough great things about Alex from Presidential Construction. From the very beginning he took over this project, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He explained every step of the roof process in a way that was easy to understand and kept me informed throughout the entire project. As a single mom handling this on my own, I was nervous and overwhelmed at first. Alex took the time to answer all of my questions patiently and thoroughly, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the decision being made. He truly went above and beyond by helping ensure that additional work my roof needed was completed, even though it wasn’t covered by insurance. Alex commitment to helping me was outstanding and I highly recommend working with him.

Excellent Service, Product & Completion
We had hail damage, but our insurance company denied our claim. George's diligence and expertise shined when he met with our insurance. He was able to secure insurance funding for a new roof and gutters. What a blessing!
The roofers were quick, efficient and neat and the gutters were completed the same week. This was a fantastic experience and I will recommend George and Presidential Roofing to all my friends! Thank you!

Amazing Service!!!!
Today we found that the severe wind storm blew a large part of the ridge cap off. Without it our roof would start have started to leak. It was a Saturday and we called Presidential Construction and George came out within the hour to inspect the damage. Literally 1 hour later he and a crew pulled up to fix the roof! We couldn’t believe how quickly the jumped to help and get the job completed! Such a wonderful company with stellar service! We will only call Presidential Construction for our roofing needs in the future! Thank you so much!!!

We just finished our window install with Presidential Const. We worked with Michael who is the best. They were a big help with our insurance and keeping paperwork submitted and up to date. Michael always returns my calls in a timely manner and is on top of the whole process from start to finish. I highly recommend Michael who has also become a great friend throughout this process. He makes sure things get done and was always on top with what phase we were in. Love the Company!

Great experience working with this company after a bad hail storm. George was fantastic. I greatly appreciated having a single point of contact throughout the entire process. George performed the inspection, worked with my insurance adjuster, responded promptly to all inquiries, and was there to oversee the operation on the date of the repair. They were in and out on my 1.5 story in one day. Most importantly, the roof and skylight look great. Their professionalism shined throughout. Highest recommendation for George and this entire outfit.

We highly recommend Michael at Presidential Construction for any type of home repair you may need. We had storm damage and ended up needing our siding replaced. He worked with our insurance company and helped us pick out the perfect color combination for our home. Michael was onsite everyday and answered any questions we had during the process. We couldn't be more happy with the service, expertise and end result. If you're looking for home repair/updates then look no further than Presidential Construction. Thank you Michael!
