We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience with Presidential Construction, and especially with our Contractor Rep: Brad Keiter. On June 16th, 2025, we were hit by a significant storm that caused extensive damage to our home, including our roof, gutters, siding, etc. What could have been an incredibly stressful and chaotic process was made so much easier because Brad was there to guide us through it. Brad worked closely with our insurance company, State Farm, to advocate for us and help us navigate the claims process. Our claim was nearly $60,000, and after State Farm repeatedly denied portions of our claim month after month, we ultimately had to go through the appraisal process. Anyone who has experienced an insurance appraisal knows how complicated and exhausting it can be, but Brad never gave up. He fought hard on our behalf and helped us obtain an itemized appraisal award that properly addressed the damage to our home. Brad also went above and beyond by coordinating with our solar company, Everlight Solar, to have our solar panels removed so the roof repairs could be completed and then coordinating with them to have the panels reinstalled afterward. That level of communication and follow-through made a huge difference for us. It has now been over a year since our repairs were completed, and everything continues to look fantastic. We are extremely happy with the quality of the work and, just as importantly, with the way we were treated throughout the entire process. Brad was professional, reliable, trustworthy, and worked with genuine integrity. He made us feel like he was truly fighting for us and looking out for our best interests every step of the way. Exceptional Experience Our experience with Presidential Construction was exceptional and we would highly recommend this company for anyone looking at residing or roofing needs. Our home sustained major hail damage to the roof and siding during a recent storm. We had the good fortune to work with Alex Klinefelter during the process of repairing and replacing our roof and siding. Alex was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond throughout the process. Alex’s communication was outstanding and we always felt we were kept in the loop through every aspect of the repairs and replacement. Alex took the time to explain each step, answer our questions, and advocate on our behalf with our insurance company. In every aspect of the process, we felt Alex was looking out for our best interests and that he was personally invested in our project and cared about ensuring we had the best outcome. In addition to Alex, our project was supported by a great team of Presidential staff and workers. Jon Larson was heavily involved in the estimation of materials and cost, and working closely with our insurance company. The roofing team did a phenomenal job, with Alex checking in regularly and ensuring things went smoothly. Alex stopped by each evening after the roofing crew finished to check for nails on the lawn or on the driveway. Alex’s attention to detail ensured we had no worries about catching a nail in our tire - much appreciated! The roofers did an excellent job replacing our roof. They were hard workers who were efficient and thorough. We couldn’t be happier with the result. The siding project happened next and Alex made a point to be onsite and introduce us to Jose and the siding crew. This group of men were hard workers, meticulous in their approach, and did an impeccable job. At the end of each day, they spent a significant amount of time cleaning the job site which was much appreciated by us. When finished, the siding replacement matches seamlessly with the original siding and we could not be happier with the result. We feel particularly fortunate to have had Alex Klinefelter as our project manager throughout this process. Alex was professional, yet friendly and easy to work with. It was obvious from the start that Alex was organized, knowledgeable and thorough. He went above and beyond to ensure all aspects of our project were handled with care. Alex is definitely an asset to his customers and to his company. Repeat customer! Nine years ago George Bunnell and the Presidential Construction team replaced both our siding and roof after major storm damage. So of course, George was my first call when I realized we had roof damage from tree branches rubbing on the roof. Once again, George came right out to take a look, cover the exposed areas, and arranged for repair. Absolute 5-star transformation! After a severe hail storm, George Bunnell of Presidential Construction did a drive-by, inspected our roof, and completely turned our situation around. State Farm’s initial offer covered just 24 shingles, which didn't even meet our deductible. George stepped in with a claim specialist, a drone, and his amazing ladder-climbing dog, Libby. Within an hour of receiving his comprehensive drone photos, State Farm reversed their decision and approved a full replacement—including a complete re-decking to code, new flashing, an entry metal roof, and new gutters and garage doors. We also hired George to wrap our soffit, fascia, gables, and wood windows. His double roof crew was a machine. They protected our pool and home with specialized netting, finished the entire tear-off by noon on day one, and completely rebuilt and wrapped everything flawlessly in less than three days. Pictures do not lie. George Bunnell is a consummate professional whose masterclass project management brought our 84-year-old home back to life. Alex and his awesome crew replaced our outdated roof on our house and garage. We are very happy with the overall experience that was done in one day. George Bunnell with Presidential Construction gave us excellent service when we needed our roof replaced and house painted because of hail damage. He took care of all the details to make sure everything was repaired or replaced as needed.  George Bunnell came and identified the damage and then returned when the insurance adjuster came so he could point out the damage to make sure it was included in the adjuster’s report.  When they arrived to do the work, they covered everything to prevent damage while they re-roofed the house. Roof Replacement I cannot say enough great things about Alex from Presidential Construction. From the very beginning he took over this project, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He explained every step of the roof process in a way that was easy to understand and kept me informed throughout the entire project. As a single mom handling this on my own, I was nervous and overwhelmed at first. Alex took the time to answer all of my questions patiently and thoroughly, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the decision being made. He truly went above and beyond by helping ensure that additional work my roof needed was completed, even though it wasn’t covered by insurance. Excellent Service, Product & Completion We had hail damage, but our insurance company denied our claim. George's diligence and expertise shined when he met with our insurance. He was able to secure insurance funding for a new roof and gutters. What a blessing! The roofers were quick, efficient and neat and the gutters were completed the same week. Amazing Service!!!! Today we found that the severe wind storm blew a large part of the ridge cap off. Without it our roof would start have started to leak. It was a Saturday and we called Presidential Construction and George came out within the hour to inspect the damage. Literally 1 hour later he and a crew pulled up to fix the roof! We couldn’t believe how quickly the jumped to help and get the job completed!  Such a wonderful company with stellar service! Outstanding Service I have not experienced storm damage to my home before. Drew.Eik was incredibly helpful in explaining the process. He was very patient with my many questions and patient with me as I made the choices on roof and siding, etc. The work was done beautifully, and just as he had predicted. If I had questions or concerns, I could always reach out to him and he got right back to me. He was reliable, prompt and extremely courteous. We just finished our window install with Presidential Const. We worked with Michael who is the best. They were a big help with our insurance and keeping paperwork submitted and up to date. Michael always returns my calls in a timely manner and is on top of the whole process from start to finish. I highly recommend Michael who has also become a great friend throughout this process. Great experience working with this company after a bad hail storm. George was fantastic. I greatly appreciated having a single point of contact throughout the entire process. George performed the inspection, worked with my insurance adjuster, responded promptly to all inquiries, and was there to oversee the operation on the date of the repair. They were in and out on my 1.5 story in one day. Most importantly, the roof and skylight look great. Their professionalism shined throughout. He worked with our insurance company and helped us pick out the perfect color combination for our home. Michael was onsite everyday and answered any questions we had during the process.
