We are very pleased to have our new roof just before the temps begin to drop. From start to finish, the Presidential Construction team, Zach and Josh, helped us navigate the ins and outs of our insurance claim. They were clear and upfront about pricing and timing, prompt and responsive throughout the months long process.
Zach Warner provided helpful input on the bookends of the project. Josh Turnquist helped us through the "messy middle," taking time to explain his findings from the walk through, providing additional photos when requested, attending the assessment with our insurance, and advising when things got a bit sticky.
The crew was prompt and careful with our home. They were efficient and fairly tidy -- pretty great for roofing work! All in all, it was a fast one-day job.

Excellent Roofing Experience with Presidential Construction.

We recently had our roof replaced by Presidential Construction in Minnesota, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial inspection to the final cleanup, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and professional.

A special thank you to Zach Warner, Project Manager, for his outstanding communication and attention to detail throughout the project. Zach kept us informed at every stage, answered all of our questions promptly, and made sure the work was completed to the highest standards. His professionalism and customer-focused approach made the experience stress-free.

The roofing crew was hardworking, respectful of our property, and completed the job with exceptional craftsmanship. The finished roof looks amazing, and the cleanup afterward was thorough.

Roof Replacement
I cannot say enough great things about Alex from Presidential Construction. From the very beginning he took over this project, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He explained every step of the roof process in a way that was easy to understand and kept me informed throughout the entire project. As a single mom handling this on my own, I was nervous and overwhelmed at first. Alex took the time to answer all of my questions patiently and thoroughly, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the decision being made. He truly went above and beyond by helping ensure that additional work my roof needed was completed, even though it wasn’t covered by insurance. Excellent Service, Product & Completion
We had hail damage, but our insurance company denied our claim. George's diligence and expertise shined when he met with our insurance. He was able to secure insurance funding for a new roof and gutters. What a blessing!

Amazing Service!!!!
Today we found that the severe wind storm blew a large part of the ridge cap off. Without it our roof would start have started to leak. It was a Saturday and we called Presidential Construction and George came out within the hour to inspect the damage. Literally 1 hour later he and a crew pulled up to fix the roof! We couldn’t believe how quickly the jumped to help and get the job completed!  Such a wonderful company with stellar service! Outstanding Service
I have not experienced storm damage to my home before. Drew.Eik was incredibly helpful in explaining the process. He was very patient with my many questions and patient with me as I made the choices on roof and siding, etc.

We just finished our window install with Presidential Const. We worked with Michael who is the best. They were a big help with our insurance and keeping paperwork submitted and up to date. Michael always returns my calls in a timely manner and is on top of the whole process from start to finish. I highly recommend Michael who has also become a great friend throughout this process. Great experience working with this company after a bad hail storm. George was fantastic. I greatly appreciated having a single point of contact throughout the entire process. George performed the inspection, worked with my insurance adjuster, responded promptly to all inquiries, and was there to oversee the operation on the date of the repair. They were in and out on my 1.5 story in one day. Most importantly, the roof and skylight look great. Their professionalism shined throughout. We highly recommend Michael at Presidential Construction for any type of home repair you may need. We had storm damage and ended up needing our siding replaced. He worked with our insurance company and helped us pick out the perfect color combination for our home. Michael was onsite everyday and answered any questions we had during the process.
