We weren’t sure where to start with our home’s exterior remodeling, so when we ultimately chose Presidental Construction to do the work for us, they set an AMAZING standard I doubt anyone else could have beaten! Alex, our project manager, immersed himself into our project from its first concept past its final completion, following up after the job was well past done. He even recommended a quality stonemason for our chimney refacing, which went beyond the scope of Presidental’s normal work. The work performed by the subcontractors was spectacular. Alex himself could not have been more actively and positively engaged; checking in at least once throughout every stage of the process, immediaely addressing any concerns we may have had, and enduring our changes of whim. I honestly believe we could not have had a better experience. 🙂 Yes, it was a lot of money (it WAS a big project), but Alex and his team made working with Presidental Construction a great value.

We had the pleasure of working with Alex during our project. Alex took what could have been a stressful situation dealing with hail damage and an insurance claim and actually turned it into a very positive situation and outcome. Alex was extremely knowledgeable about the process and his expertise was helpful when making our product selections. He was patient with us throughout the process and we feel blessed to have had him as our project manager. I cannot say enough great things about Alex from Presidential Construction. From the very beginning he took over this project, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He explained every step of the roof process in a way that was easy to understand and kept me informed throughout the entire project. As a single mom handling this on my own, I was nervous and overwhelmed at first. Alex took the time to answer all of my questions patiently and thoroughly, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the decision being made. He truly went above and beyond by helping ensure that additional work my roof needed was completed, even though it wasn’t covered by insurance. Alex commitment to helping me was outstanding and I highly recommend working with him.

Aaron stopped by and checked the house for hail damage. During the inspection process he noted a nail head had lifted through the shingle leaving an entry point for water. The roof had no other damage. Aaron made a point to come back the next day and caulk the hole. I will definitly call him when the roof needs replacing.

Alex from Presidential Construction has been incredibly generous with his time and expertise. Over the course of our project, he made multiple visits to our home — all complimentary — and patiently answered every question we threw at him along the way. His honesty and willingness to go the extra mile without any expectation of return really stood out. Highly recommend working with him and Presidential Construction.

We had a wonderful experience working with Alex and crew! Alex was timely, responsive, extremely courteous and very patient with all my questions as we navigated through the insurance claim. The roofing crew was quick, efficient and did a wonderful job with cleanup. Amazing service and quality work, I would highly recommend!
