Production Manager

Job Description

You will supervise and manage subcontractors and construction crews while serving as an onsite quality control and safety specialist. You will ensure everyone in the field adheres to safety standards and OSHA regulations at all times. You will help coordinate all material deliveries for the start of the job, ensuring accurate inventory. You will schedule and manage inspections and permits while developing and executing punch lists in a timely manner. Throughout your day you will also perform warranty work and some general administrative duties.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Read and interpret drawings
  • Strong human relationship skills
  • Optimistic, encouraging, can-do attitude with an appreciation for a challenge
  • Confidence to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in roofing and siding
  • Must have and maintain a clean driving record
  • Willingness and ability to climb ladders and rooftops, with the capability to lift 50 lbs
  • Ability to work in extreme weather environments
  • Monday – Friday work schedule, weekends as needed (infrequent)
  • English Speaking/Bilingual a plus
