Prior construction and canvassing experience is a plus. A self-motivated mindset is a must!

This position is ideal for:

  • Skilled Professionals in Sales, Project Management, or Construction
  • Ability to set your schedule and generate your own book of business 
  • Anyone who wants to make their 100-250K+ per year in the spring/summer/fall and have winters off!

What we provide and what the position includes:

  • Uncapped commissions, your input is your output

  • You will be provided initial/ongoing training, all marketing and attire (polos, jackets, hats, etc. . .)
  • You will have a sales manager with you daily to support your clientele as well as ensure your success, or as needed
  • Ability to effectively build and manage your book of business through canvassing, self-generation, and company-provided leads
  • Complete damage inspections and guide homeowners through the insurance claims process
  • Coordinate with the estimating and production team to ensure completion of the work (excluding: ordering & delivery of materials/permits, coordinating with any subs, estimating/supplementing)

Compensation:

  • Performance-based role with a 6-month guaranteed draw while you ramp up 
  • This position pays you based on your results
  • A tiered commission structure that increases as you hit your goals
  • Ability to draw against commissions
  • Additional bonus incentive plans for high performers

***THIS IS NOT 9-5. Your time is managed by you. You must efficiently manage your time based on our training. If you work hard from March to November, you can easily make six figures and not need to work until the next March!***

**Daily trips to our office and office hours will NOT be required once training is completed**

Your Qualifications:

Must be reliable and performance driven

Must be self-motivated / competitive mindset

Must be able to efficiently manage your time based on our training

Have a valid license and reliable transportation

Be able to lift and climb a ladder

Be able to communicate with all types of people

Have a willingness to learn, utilize and execute our training

Must own or be willing to acquire a Smartphone
